Can I cancel or modify my order?
Cancellations and modifications will no longer be allowed once your order has been placed.
I received an incorrect/ faulty item. What should I do?
In the case that you received a defective or faulty item, there’s no need to panic. We’ll exchange it free of charge as long as the product has not been worn or damaged.
How long should I wait for my order?
Our delivery time is at least 3-5 business days, and our processing time is 1-3 business days.
How do I track my package after it has been shipped?
After your order is placed, you will receive an order number and a confirmation email. Processing takes 1-3 business days, and shipping takes 3-5 business days.
